Bibles & Church Support

Every believer deserves the opportunity to read God's Word for themselves. We put God's Word into people's hands — printed and audio Bibles in their own language — and resource the partner churches we preach and serve alongside.

The need

For many Christians in Mozambique, owning a Bible remains out of reach. While Scripture is available in Portuguese and several tribal languages, the cost is more than many families and pastors — can afford, and Bibles are often difficult to obtain outside larger cities.

In some churches, a congregation of fifty or more believers may share a single Bible. Without access to God's Word, personal study, discipleship, and church growth become far more difficult.

What We Do

We purchase complete Bibles within Mozambique and put Scripture directly into people's hands through our network of local church partners.

Distribution Through Local Partners

By purchasing Bibles locally, we support Bible distribution already taking place in the country while ensuring believers receive complete Bibles in the languages they understand, including Portuguese, Sena, and Makua.

In conjunction with our partner churches, we distribute these Bibles to pastors, church leaders, and members of their congregations, as well as to other congregants outside their own churches. For many, it's the first time they've held Scripture in their own language.

In communities where many people cannot read, we also provide audio Bibles. These solar-powered devices allow families and entire groups to gather and listen to Scripture together in their own language, making God's Word accessible to those who might otherwise never experience it.

Strengthening the Local Church

A Bible is more than a book on a shelf.

It equips pastors to preach, enables believers to study God's Word for themselves, encourages families to grow together in their faith, and gives churches the foundation they need to disciple future generations.

As opportunities and resources allow, we have also come alongside local churches in practical ways — helping provide ministry resources, supporting church conferences, and assisting churches during times of need. Whatever the need, our desire is the same: to strengthen local churches so they can faithfully serve their communities.

What's next: Biblical training

Our current focus is placing God's Word into the hands of people who need it most. As God provides the resources, we hope to expand this ministry by developing biblical training opportunities that equip pastors and church leaders to faithfully teach Scripture and disciple the churches they serve.

Our prayer is that every Bible we provide today becomes the beginning of a lifetime of spiritual growth, stronger churches, and transformed communities.
