What happens after I purchase a quest?

When you purchase your quest, Hope of a Nation will send you a voucher via email that can be redeemed at CrypticQuests.com. This email is normally sent within 2 business days.

Can I purchase more than one and/or give the quest to someone else as a gift?

Absolutely! If you purchase more than one, you will receive a separate voucher for each one purchased and can even give the voucher(s) to another person as a gift. The other recipient would then just register separately on the Cryptic Quests website, choose the quest they want to do, and use the voucher code you give them to redeem it.

What equipment is needed to play the quest?

Our quests can be played on either an Android or IOS based mobile phone. The phone must have an active cellular connection with GPS (location) enabled in order to receive the clues and interact with the game.

Are quests designed for individuals, couples, or teams?

All quests are designed for an individual player. Family or friends can easily tag along, but only the registered player will be able to interact with the quest. If you and a friend would like to compete, you will each have to register because only registered players/participants will be able to interact with the quest and receive the clues.
